Daniels Farm
The Daniels Farmhouse, originally built as Cape in 1949, was completely remodeled and it boasts 3,500 square-foot of sophisticated living space. The design makes the most of the original plan with only a few new structural elements. The house has an open feel that promotes fluid circulation between areas. The development of the project consisted of a new Kitchen with extension, 3 new bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, 3 remodeled bedrooms, refinishing the original wood floors, new doors, two home offices, theater, outdoor pavers patio, outdoor turf patio, and laundry room. Also, as part of the plan, the house displays a large array of custom-made cabinets as well as selective modern and rustic furniture that offers a combination of contemporary but traditional impression.
